Pediatric OT Jobs in Myrtle Beach, SC

We're Hiring

Communication Cottage Therapy is looking for passionate, skilled Occupational Therapists and COTAs to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Myrtle Beach, SC. If you love working with children, believe in play-based and sensory-informed practice, and want to be part of a therapist-owned private practice that actually puts clinicians first — this is the role for you.

We serve children with a wide range of diagnoses including Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Brachial Plexus, Developmental Delay, and more — in our Myrtle Beach clinic (with Sensory Gym!) and in clients’ homes throughout Horry County.

Our Sensory Gym

One of the unique features of working at Communication Cottage Therapy is access to our purpose-built Sensory Gym, which includes a rock climbing wall, trampoline, therapeutic swing, stairs and slide. This is a tremendous clinical resource for OTs working with children with sensory processing needs — and it’s a space kids absolutely love.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you hire COTAs as well as OTRs?

Yes — we hire both Registered Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. COTAs work under the supervision of an OTR and are a valued part of our clinical team. Our current focus is hiring OTR/L’s but we always invite those interested to apply.

Absolutely. Our hybrid model allows for a combination of clinic-based and in-home work. We’ll work with you to find a schedule and caseload that fits your preferences.
